     Recon Design and Build finds extreme value in being part of the entire design process. Our team creates conceptual 2D and 3D renderings, along with video walkthroughs and virtual reality to place you inside your space before we even move onto the construction blueprints.

     This allows you to immerse yourself in the space and try different materials, layouts, dimensions, and even more. By starting with this step it creates a much more efficient construction process. We are also able to start to identify possible materials earlier on in the stage so that they can be placed at the jobsite and ready for when the blueprint and permitting phase have been completed.

     Since we are Certified General Contractors we permit all projects and guide through the entire inspection process. Every step of the way we are communicating with you through our online customer portal in Buildertrend.
